The mall’s property holds two restaurants. The former Piccadilly’s is located inside the mall. The former Applebee’s is situated on an outside parcel to the north of the mall concourse near Winchester. Piccadilly’s will be converted to a healthy food restaurant. Both establishments will be smoke-free and alcohol-free facilities.

The mall holds a four (4) screen-cinema with 1,250 seats in good condition. Some cosmetic work is required to restore it to its original state. A 20-screen theater located 2.5 blocks from the mall features current movies. The vision for the mall cinema differs from other local theaters in that it will feature only morally responsible films without nudity, sex, profanity, horror, or extreme violence. In keeping with the mall’s family theme, we will establish a movie cinema with only G, PG or PG-rated films that parents can watch with their children in a comfortable, safe environment. Two screens may be reserved for drama or suspense films (ex: Pursuit of Happyness, Tyler Perry films) while two screens will be reserved for cartoon, animated, or Disney films for the children (ex: The Lion King, Remember the Titans, The Princess and the Frog) for the children.

The existing, double-decker carousel is a landmark of the Hickory Hill area. Located in the main atrium, where most of the damage occurred as a result of the tornado, the attraction sustained only minor damage. Repairs will be made to the ride, and it will reopen along with the mall.
