The Youth Reformation Center will transform the lives of local Hickory Hill youth ages 13-17 through recreation, education, training, after-school activities, performing arts, and Christian activities. The center will be housed in a 70,000 square-foot facility that provides a means for outreach and a safe environment for young teens to hang out, fellowship, and become acquainted with other teens. The center will feature the following amenities: a full-court basketball court (athletic leagues), skating rink, Christian hip-hop club and church, training, counseling, and mentoring rooms and offices, recording studio, and online radio station. Teens will learn business and leadership skills. At-risk teens who demonstrate leadership with gangs or other peers will be recruited to redirect those abilities toward positive leadership opportunities.
