In an effort to restore confidence and hope to a distressed area, it is the mission of World Overcomers Outreach Ministries Church (WOOMC) to reestablish the Hickory Ridge Mall as a productive center of change and positive growth for the Hickory Hill Community. WOOMC plans to help empower entrepreneurs, rebuild a strong economic base that will stabilize the area’s businesses and services, and attract new business development.
